1. What does the Silo Rental include?
The Rental includes all of your indoor tables & chairs, glassware, flatware, and dishwares for up to 200 guests, the outdoor courtyard, set up & tear down.
2. How long do I or my vendors have to decorate?
This varies from party to party and is based on availability.
3. How long do I have the Silo or the Grange for an evening event?
Our evening rental prices are based on a four hour event. We can provide additional hours at additional costs by request
4. What is my official end time?
We try to end each event by 11:00 pm. due to us being located in a residential area.
5. What is the Grange?
The Grange is our smaller facility that holds approximately 40 people. It is typically
used for meetings and as an add on space to the Silo.
6. For a wedding, is there a room to get ready in at the Silo?
In the Silo, we only have restrooms that are private and they are not ideal for a bride to dress in. Space can sometimes be provided to the groom and groomsmen. We do suggest taking a room at the Cedar Rock Inn as a place to dress with easy access to the Silo center.
7. Do you offer any wedding packages or is there a discount if you take both the Silo and Cedar Rock Inn?
We are two separate companies and everything we do here is customized to each specific client’s needs, which means we have no packages and no preprinted menus.
